Brains behind the boots; Meet the Titans' Head Coach.

“All Heart”: Vienna Titans Coach Losha Balances Brotherhood, Banter, and Big Game Energy

"Leading the charge"

He wore the Vienna College uniform. Now he’s running the touchline. And if you ask him, not much has changed.

"It’s just as exhilarating,” says Pinto Aloysius, better known to the squad as Coach Losha. “Still don’t know what you’re gonna get.”

If you’ve seen the Vienna Titans play, you know exactly what he means: passion, unpredictability, grit, and a whole lot of brotherhood. Under Losha’s watch, the alumni team has become more than just a group of former students kicking ball. It’s a movement.

From Titan to Tactician

Ask Losha to define his coaching identity, and he doesn’t give you the usual coach-speak. No buzzwords. Just vibes and values.

"I’m a bit of an all-round persona," he says. "But if I was to pick mainly a mentor."

That mentorship shows. He’s not just drawing formations or setting drills. He’s guiding grown men many of whom still act like it’s S.6 vacation through competitive matchdays and lifelong memories.

“Join the team. You’ll meet and learn from so many.”

That’s Losha’s message to the current Vienna College students watching from the sidelines. Because for him, it’s not just about football. It’s about growth, connection, and legacy.

🔥 Rivalries Run Deep, But Vienna Doesn’t Blink

The alumni league has evolved into something far more competitive than your average Saturday league, and the rivalry with Kabojja Warriors? That one always hits differently.

"There are good teams this year," Losha says. "But Vienna has never stood short at any challenge."

Still, if there’s one match this season that gave him chills?

"So far, the match vs ISU Leopards. All heart."

That comeback wasn’t just a result, it was a statement. Titans don’t fade when they’re behind. They come alive.

Selection Philosophy: Let the Ball Talk

How do you manage a squad of ex-ballers who all swear they’re still in peak form?

"We trust in each and everyone," he says. "We let the football during training and matches do the selection."

Simple. No favoritism. No nostalgia. You show up, you ball out, you earn your spot.

And what’s the vibe in the dressing room before kickoff?

"It’s wild. So many moving pieces that just fit well into each other. Energy."

That chaos is fuel. It’s how Titans operate not in silence, but in storm.

One word that defines Vienna Titans?

Motion.

Coach Losha is more than just a tactician; he's a vibe curator, a culture keeper, and a brother-in-arms to a team that never lost its fire. Whether it’s pre-game madness or post-game analysis, his fingerprints are all over this team’s identity.

And as long as the Titans keep moving, you can bet Losha will be right there guiding them, motivating them, and reminding them what they’re made of.

Vienna. Motion. Always.
